Auto update in spreadsheet once changed in form

I would like to create a product update form

Is there any way to update the fields on the form automatically

example

image, name of product, descpription, price

if those items on the form change, can they be connected to a spreadsheet and auto update so that every time there are changes it will repopulate with the correct data?

Thank you for contacting Support.

Unfortunately, there is no option to update the form automatically. You would need to update it manually.

You may use this guide in connecting your form to Google Sheet.

Every change you made on the form, you just need to reintegrate Google Sheets.
