Duplicate order form

Hi, I am using a duplicate order form and on it it has a payment integration which I need to change out to a different integration information.  How do I do this?

Thank you for contacting our support team.

If you would like to replace the payment integration, you will need to delete it completely from the form and then go to the 'Payments' section of the 'Form Elements' tab and select your new integration.

Otherwise, if all you need is to change the account that the payment integration is connected to, then you will need to edit the integration settings. Here is a screencast to assist you with editing payment integration settings:

As you can see, the integration was already connected to an account and when I press on the 'Connected' button I am allowed to enter a new account. This is how you will change the account information on a payment integration.

Just curious would there be a way to add more than one payment method?

Unfortunately, our forms can only handle one payment integration per form. A possible workaround would be to clone your current form and attach a different payment integration there. That way you have two similar forms with distinct payment options.
