We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I tested the Emal Result to: option of the Quiz Form app on my end but I'm still waiting for the email to arrive on the email address I set as the recipient.
Can you try changing it to a different email address first then save it and test the quiz form after? And then, change it back to what it was, save it, and test it as well.
You may also check your email spam folder just to make sure
Also, can you provide us the email address you are setting up as the recipient of the Quiz Form result, please?

I would like to apologize for any delays. I was able to receive the result of the quiz form I submitted earlier on the email address I have set as its recipient on the Quiz Form app.
