Help with PDF attachments - fields missing

Hi, there are a few fields in my jot form that are not making their way to the pdf that is attached to email sent to us. In particular, the answers to the fields from the two Matrix Dynamic questions. 

I've been checking your form submissions and it seems like the first widget has data while the second one does not. 

I have checked the PDF report as well and the widget shows data there, example: 

May you please confirm this works the same way on your end too? 

If the issue persists, please let us know if the issue happens only on the PDF editor or if you can replicate the issue while downloading the document too.
