A short while ago I joined up to your form bulding site. Within a short period we had 25 forms done and our members were then being told we had reached out quota, however my understanding is we get 100 free forms a month.
Can you please explain to me how the 100 comes into the counting.
THis has been very frustrating, we are a non profit organisation, with no income, all our work is done for the New Zealand community by volunteers working hard to make life better for children. We NEED this form to be operational to effect some changes for the kids.
Appreciate your thoughts and anything you can do to help us out.
Thank you & Regards

The 100 limit for Free subscription refers to submissions.
Forms are actually unlimited. You can create as many forms that you like.
You can read for more details about the packages from the Pricing page
So far, I can only see 25 submissions on your account for this month.
Kindly tell us where you have encountered the reached quota message you mentioned, and we will check further.
