    Does Jotform perform best with a particular browser/computer combination?

    Hi,

    I can only say that the preferred browser is Chrome browser, as you can see most of the integration and apps are form Google platform.

    But JotForm is optimized to, if not all but most current browser/OS combinations. This includes on mobile devices.

    One of the individuals on our account has been having trouble accessing jotform and our submissions or filling out the form. She has tried three different browsers (firefox, ?,?) and also said using another computer worked better.

    That's an Interesting Question. In my opinion I believe that JotForm seems to work best in Chrome with the least amount of problems but again that is only to my knowledge and opinion. I additionally think that it works the worst in Internet Explorer but that is also my opinion as well.

    You mentioned that an " Individual referred to as " Her " " is having issues accessing jotform and submissions for the form. This seems to me like a possible issue. Has she tried Clearing her Browser and also Clearing her Form Caches to see if this helps by attempting to access them again? Which sub-account is this happening with? It might be an IP issue where we would need to whitelist her.

    To my knowledge our developers have designed and work on corrections to try to ensure that it works across several different browsers so that everyone can use our services but additionally keep in mind that each Browser is not always the same with the use of the Engine that is Used to Run the Browser. Though this is also dependant and will vary based on your OS, Browser Preference, and System Specifications. Obviously, if you are using something that is not up-to-date or Obsolete involving the use of your OS or Browser then there is bound to be issues of some sort that might possibly occur at some point or another. The reason I say that is because we are only human and we make mistakes which are often fixable so because browsers are created by us they may incur errors just as well but that is also fixable. In short though, we do our best try to prevent that.
