How do I add "Preview before Submit"?

    Hello, 


    I just created a form and wish to use the "Preview before Submit" function.

    But its not showing on the page. Is there anything i have to set ?

    You'll need to add a submit button for it to show. Please try that and let us know if you have any questions or if you need further help.
