How can I customize the sender mail of the Autoresponder e-mail?

    Dear All,

I would like my applicants to receive a confirmation email after they submit the application form, but I can't seem to find where to add this option. I went to "Settings" and created an Autoresponder email in the "Emails" tab, but still, it does not work. We did some tests today and none of us received a confirmation email after submitting the form.

Could you walk me through on how to do that? It is really important that all the applicants receive a confirmation email and are able to see all their answers in this email as well.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Best regards,

    Priscilla Castro.

    Hi Priscilla,

You have defined an auto responder in the form you referred, using the organization name field. I recommend using the e-mail form element and using the e-mail field as the recipient address in the autoresponder definition.

However, if emails still are not arriving, perhaps emails might be in the junk box. If this is the case, you can choose your sender mail on the advanced autoresponder settings page and use your email address or SMTP server information.

Please test your form and let us know how it goes.

    Dear All,
thank you for your fast response.
    It worked now.
If I may, I would also like to address another issue.
After completing the form and clicking on the "preview" button widget, the
formatting gets messed up (see pictures attached). It's even hard to find
the "submit" button. Is there a way to fix this?
    Thank you,

    Priscilla.
