Form is missing

Hello there,

we created a form that is not missing.  It's possible our receptionist accidentally deleted it as I am not sure where it would have gone.  Is there any way to get it back?

I have checked your Trash folder, and found a few forms there:

You can click the Restore button next to the form name to restore it to your All forms folder.

If your form is not in the Trash folder, it will be useful if you could send us a form URL to see what has happened to it or a full form name.

Additionally, you can check the Account history to see what happened to your form.
