    ENQUIRIES IS NOT FORWARDING TO MY EMAIL

    WE SPENT $200 A DAY WITH GOOGLE ADVERTISING, ONLY TO FIND OUT AGAIN THAT jotform IS NOT FORWARDING enquiries to my email: info@mydrafting.com.au

    2- WEEKS WORTH OF ENQUIRIES ARE GONE!

    Please help me, can get someone cal me ASAP

    I checked your form's notification setup and don't see any issue with that. I checked our email server logs and see the emails are getting delivered to your email id. Here is the latest log for your reference:

    I did a test submission and again the emails were sent. Here is the log:

    Request you to please check your SPAM folder and see if the emails are there.

    FYI, your enquiries won't be lost as it will be available in your submission list also. You can also generate your submission reports.

    I saw your test enquiry in the jotform form inbox, but i did'nt get an email notification whatsoever. only this one.

    Hello Allan

    I have noticed the three pages contain jquery libraries that might be disabling the required email fields. To prevent this, please embed the forms using the iFrame method

    Also, make sure that your email notifications got properly mapped the Sender Name and Sender Email fields from the email settings to existing fields in the form, as I found the last 2 forms were left with "Please Select" on the field name,

     

    Otherwise this might cause your email service provider to send the messages to the spam folder or to reject them, making your email address going to our bounce list

    To see the email settings follow these steps

    1. Log into your JotForm account and go to My Forms section.

    2. Select the form and click on "Edit".

    3. Click on "Setup and Embed" tab on the form builder toolbar.

    4. Click on "Email Alerts" and select "Notification":



    5. Click on "Reply-To and Recipient Settings" button (third from the right along the bottom)

    I tried many times. when i test email, it says AN EMAIL HAS BEEN SENT TO INFO@MY..... see attached image.
    but I received nothing.
    I would like to request a refund, so i can save my business.

    Hi Allan,

    I checked your email logs and there's no problem with the delivery. 

    Current Server:

    I would suggest to check everything on your side. Check if you have automated spams that possibly blocks these notification messages. Perhaps whitelisting our mail server IPs may help: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses.

    Moreover, your 2 other forms are fine except the "Submit" form which doesn't have any notification when I check it here. Note that without Notification, nothing will be delivered to your email once the form is submitted. I would suggest to check your Submit form and create notification. Receiving Emails on Form Submissions

    Furthermore, it's sad to see that it would end up here. Our apologies for any inconveniences this may have caused you. Would you like us to cancel your subscription and provide you a refund?
