Buonasera, vorrei cheare un FORM dove possoinserire i dati per cambio gestore telefonico
Esempio:

Se il cliente ha VODAFONE e sceglie come nuovo operatore WIND, deve uscire l'offerta dedicata.
Se scegli TIM deve uscire unìaltra offerta.
Ognuno con relativo costo finale di spesa
