Showing a form as an example (not fillable)

We are putting our new employee packet on jot forms. I want to copy a form to the overall packet but not have it be fillable.

For instance, our absence request form. I want to show it as part of the employee packet, but I don't want the employee filling it out. How can I accomplish this?

Also, is there a way to copy that page and create a form from it so I don't have to duplicate the stand alone form that we will actually use for the absence request?

    Thank you,

    Ryan

i am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you want to display a section of the form to be displayed or not to be filled? If so, you may setup a condition on the form to hide the section/page or fields.

If you want to achieve the requirement of approval workflow, please see the guide below that can help.
