after our recent order of JotForm Premium Yearly Subscription, we don't receive the subscription of our form.
Could we'll receive next suscription about our form on email address firstname.lastname@example.org?

I checked both of your form and see your form "Analisa di Clima...." is configured to send notification email to "email@example.com". Please refer this guide on how to change your notification email : Finding out E-mail Address used for submission notifications
Your second form "Contact us" doesn't have any notification alert. Please refer this guide on how to Setting Up Email Notifications
