Guest should be getting a copy of their form submission and I just submitted and didn't get this. What is the quick way to ensure guest are getting the order receipt?

Thank you for contacting us. The Autoresponders is not being sent since the sender email is missing:
Please use noreply@jotform.com as the sender. Let us know if you need more help.

Please note that in order for the person who submitted your form to receive the email copy, two things must be set up on your Autoresponder email:
1. Ensure that Recipient email field is linked to the Email field on your form:
I can see that you have set this up correctly on your form.
2. Ensure that there is a Sender email setup, otherwise the email will not be sent.
Go the Advanced tab on your Autoresponder email, Scroll down and you can see the option:
Set up noreply@jotform.com as the Sender email from the drop down.
Please try this and let us know the update.

I checked all the forms and they are showing correctly but I did not get my email. Can you confirm?

All those settings are listed so again are they being sent?

I have checked the email history of your account and I didn't find any failed email attempts.

Can you check your email's spam folder to make sure emails were not sent there, please?
With your permission, we would also like to make test submissions directly to the form embedded on the website you linked.
