We are testing a from where our members can input their Member ID number and be taken to a page where they can buy event tickets associated with their membership level in our organization.

How can I do this without violating any rules you might have?

I have now unsuspended your account. You can now log in. It was the term "password" on your form title that triggers the auto-suspension. I renamed it to "membership" to prevent this from happening again. Please avoid using this term or asking login credentials in your form to avoid auto-suspension.

To answer your question, that's possible. You can ask for a Member ID and validate it through condition then you can show the page break field if the ID exists so the user can move to the next page.

    Example Show/Hide Condition:
