My account has been suspended.

i just got a message my account has been suspended?  I dont even know HOW to phish...lol   

I had switched to ninja forms but for my new website I wanted to come back to jot form.

Time is of the essence - my web designer is waiting for me to complete my forms and got blocked out HE wants me to stay with Ninja and I want to come back to JF
