Unable to get the submission PDF in the notification emails

    Why is it that once someone fills out the application under contract where i have put the pdf in why is that not showing up when it emails the contract to me and when it emails a copy to the client and also why are the signatures not showing up when the contract is sent to me and when it emails the client a copy?

    You have not selected the PDF document that is to be sent to you in the email settings. Please check this PDF.


    Please be noted that if you have enabled the privacy settings in your account so you cannot view the uploads or signatures without getting logged into the account.

    You can either uncheck these settings from the account or log in to your account before viewing these files.

    Also after Signs the contract and submits it why are the signatures not showing up when its emailed to me and the customer?

    I tested the cloned version of your form and I can see all the signature images on email. Here's one of my tests https://www.jotform.com/submission/4611818770896292029. All the 12 signatures are showing on email.

    The signatures are also on the PDF.

    Please make an actual submission on your form again so you can see how it works. The signatures should work just fine.
