Assigned Form cannot be filled because of login problem

    Dear Jotform support,


    I have problem with the android apps, when received assigned form from other member, when I want to fill out the form, there is a login page, I choose my google account for login, but it keep loading (screenshot attached). I already tried th with several devices, several account, and it keep doing that. Please resolve the problem.

    Upon checking, I've found that you have several forms associated to your account, could you please provide us with URL of the form with which you're experiencing this issue so we can further assist you?

    Hello Stephano,

    This form belongs to your account. Are you assigning this form to yourself?

    From the Assign form page of this form, I can see that the form is assigned only to two people and it does not have your email address:

    However, if you are assigning it to yourself, then log into your Android app (using the same credentials you use while logging into the web browser), and click on All forms, which will open the left pane and you can see the Assigned forms link:

    This form belong to my account, and I was assigning to 2 people, when I opened the assigned form (with ikh****** account, not mine as creator), I have to login and the screen appeared (problem as on my first post).

    I understand that you don't own the form as you mentioned, you're assigned to it instead.

    Could you please make sure you're logged in to your JotForm account via the same browser with which you're trying to open the form?
