During Covid-19 - can we suspend payment of the subscription

    Hello @GSMLeisure - Unfortunately, there is no other option to suspend a subscription aside from cancelling it and downgrading back to FREE. Then just re-upgrade after the situation went back to normal.

    thanks for the answer.

    If we downgrade to free - do we retain all of the forms when we upgrade again? And what about the data?

    I have checked your account's current usage standing and what you only need to be concerned about are the submissions stored in it when you downgrade your account to the free subscription.

    Currently, your account has 2100+ submissions stored in it. Downgrading your account to the free subscription will remove the oldest submissions in your account that exceed the 500 submission storage limit.

    To avoid losing data, we suggest that you back up your form submissions by downloading them.



    As for your forms, you will not be allowed to create new forms, restored delete forms, enabled disabled forms, and/or unarchive archived forms after you switch to the free subscription. Accounts in the free subscription are only allowed to have 5 active forms at the same time.

    The forms currently stored in your account, however, will be kept.
