Regarding Sudden downgrade of account

    Team,


    I paid for 1 year and now suddenly the account has been downgraded.Kindly look into the issue.

    I can see that you have subscribed for a Bronze Yearly subscription yesterday. However, it seems we're unable to collect the payment which renders the account to be downgraded back to FREE.

    We have sent you an email as well regarding the uncollected payment yesterday (EST). It could be that the card you used might have declined the charge or was expired.

    Please try updating your payment method on the Billing page of your account or re-upgrade using a different card.
