Form Assignee: Ability to export the submissions made by the Assignee

Can I see submitter information or assignee's email on Submission tab ?

Hello @vuphong0 - When we say Assignee, those are the users to whom you have assigned the form to fill it out.

You can view their responses via the PUBLISH section of the form. Here's an example:

Can we export the Submission report along with Assignee's email? If am not wrong, the current system allows seeing Submitter on Inbox tab only

At this moment, there is no way to add the assignee's email to the submission data.

On your form, the email address that will be logged is the one the submitted input on the email field.

Hi Albert,

The Assignee who will be responsible for data collecting can submit a lot of submissions in a day. So it would be more convenient for us if the report can show Submitter instead of adding more fields to ask Assignee input their Assignee ID.

Do you want to get a report which has details for the submissions that are recorded by the assigned person?

Yes, this is what we are expecting for the report 

Let me forward the thread to our backend team as a feature request for evaluation. We cannot provide any ETA for implementation if accepted at this moment. This depends on the developer's availability and the number of users requesting the same feature.
