Why am I being billed for using Jotform?

    We use the forms in a seasonal way we used to receive free use of the JOT form I wanted to ask why do we now pay ?

    After reviewing your account, I can see that your account was upgraded to our Bronze plan last February 17, 2019, this is renewed monthly and you've been on this subscription since.

    You can still use JotForm for Free by downgrading your account.
