    My jotform is not showing up on the Wordpress site

    I took all the necessary steps concerning adding a code to a wordpress site and the page now looks like this:

    Somehow I wasn't able to find your form in the source of the page whose link you posted. However, please see our Adding Forms to WordPress tutorial and let us know if it helped.

    Also, when I add the Wordpress source code, after I click update the code then is no longer under HTML.

    @Acadian

    According to the video in the tutorial to which I earlier referred, assuming you're using the JotForm WP Plugin, the shortcode should be inserted on the Visual tab and not the HTML one. Also, the code should be just
    [jotform id=22135865022952] and not the normal longer code acquired from the form builder, shown in your screenshot.

    I realize that the last screenshot in the guide shows the normal longer code being inserted on the HTML tab but perhaps it would be better to use the JotForm WP Plugin.
