Sales Tax by Location

    My company is based in Seattle, WA, where sales tax varies from city to city. I currently have a product/commerce plan set up in a form via JotForm. Am I able to set it up so that sales tax automatically calculates based on the city the customer inputs on their order?

    Hi CedarGrove,

    Thank you for reaching to us with regard to automatically calculating taxes based on the city your customer's input.

    At this moment, this can only be done by State / Province.

    1. Just go to the Widget Settings > Tax.

    2. Look for Set Tax Options from a Location Field.

    3. Select the Delivery Address as the field.

    4. Set the State or Province their corresponding Tax Surcharge %.

    At this moment, there is no way to this with the address' city field.
