I am having some clients that tell me that they sent a form through, they got the thank you page and I am not getting the form.

    I checked our form's (Wedding Worksheet 3) notification setup and see that you have not set the sender email and sender name. To ensure the delivery of email, request you to please set the "Sender Email" to "noreply@jotform.com" and also set the "Sender Name".
