    Hello

I am creating a form based on a PDF that has around 67 pages. Is there any limitation in the number of conditions or in the number of pages that the form can have?

    Regards

    Sara

Is there any limitation in the number of conditions or in the number of pages that the form can have? — There is no limit with the number of pages and conditions you can add to your form. Please note that when adding conditions, make sure to test every conditions you add especially if you have have hundreds or more conditions. Testing a condition every time you add new one will make sure your form won't be running on any conditional conflict. This will also avoid future issues.

Good day Sara, could you please elaborate your question? My colleague has not mentioned anything related to "Driver".

Hi guys .... I am going back to this thread, because I am working on a new pdf and when I want to import a second version of my pdf I get the message that is limited to 15 pages.

I remember asked you about is there a limit and you said there is no limit on the number of pages.

However I receive this message now that is limited to 15 pages. But I worked on another one which was not limited to 15 pages (https://form.jotform.com/200886417847062)

How can I make sure I can continue working with larger pdf files?

    Thanks

Hello Sara - My colleague mentioned that there is no limit to how many pages you can add to your web form. However, the limit you're referring to is on the PDF converter, which means you can only import a PDF document with 1-15 pages.

That's the current limit of our PDF converter since it's still in the beta phase.

    Hi Jherwin

I believe it is not correct what you are mentioning. my question was "I am creating a form based on a PDF that has around 67 pages"

I do not need to convert my pdf into a form all automatically, I need to upload a pdf of 53 pages and create the fields by myself, with the rules and fields mapped by myself.

    How can I proceed?

    Regards

Please be noted that the current PDF import shall try to convert the first 15 pages only.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/605-What-is-the-PDF-Converter

If you are using a PDF document less than 15 documents, all the fields can be automatically created in the online version form and can be mapped accordingly.

If you are having more pages in the PDF document, you'll be required to add the fields manually to the online form and map them to the PDF document.

    Hope this information helps!

Thanks for the reply. This absolutely helps me. I do not intend to have the fields automatically converted to my online form. I would like to add all the fields manually to the on line form and them map it to the PDF document by myself.

The problem I am experiencing is while creating a new online form that is associated to the PDF documents it prevents me from doing that because of the limited of 15 pages.

How can I associate my online form with the PDF document to start creating manually the fields and map it without having the error of 15 pages limited which prevents me from associating the online form with the PDF document?

    Hope I am clear enough

    Best Regards

    Sara

I mean to say to add the fields manually to left side of the online form and map them to the right side PDF form imported since the Original PDF file is already on the form.

Are you trying to import a different PDF file to JotForm?

    How can I proceed?

As I mentioned before, the PDF converter currently accepts a fillable PDF that contains up to 15 pages. I'm not sure when you uploaded your PDF before that has over 15 pages, but the new update/limit for PDF converter is 15 pages.

You can see it in our guide as well: What-is-the-PDF-Converter
    159108310315 pages Screenshot 10
If the PDF form is not uploaded then you cannot add fields or form elements since there's no form created.

    Is this limitation new?

on this thread, before I asked if there is a limit on the number of pages and the answer was no.

also, yesterday someone reply with this sentence

"If you are having more pages in the PDF document, you'll be required to add the fields manually to the online form and map them to the PDF document."

this is exactly what I need to do.

    please advice

This limitation was the latest update on last May 21,2020. We are note sure when will this limitation would be lifted however, currently it is not possible to have more than 15 pages on the Fillable PDF.

this is the worst news for me.

I started my project several months ago, with forms larger than 15 pages and I continue with more forms and need to be the same.

Do you believe will be lifted? I am creating a whole set of forms based on a demo that I prepared with pdf larger than 15 pages.

    Please advice

    Thanks
