Hello. Has any formatting capability be introduced for these table reports? We need some recommendations of tools we can send submissions to for a more advanced way of presenting the results. Maybe using Zapier as interface. Can you help? Thank you!

    Hi @eatballard

We have several options for anyone interested on a cool way of presenting submission results.

Please refer to this article to learn how to use Zapier as interface between JotForm and other apps:

    https://www.jotform.com/blog/zapier-form-automation/

You may also try our integration with AirTable, which provides a flexible way of organizing data:

If you wanna check some other features, go to SETTINGS > INTEGRATIONS.

Thank you.  This form has 32 reports.  Each report is embedded into its own public web page and serves as the main content of that page.  Most of the reports are Visual Report Builder because it allows filtering.

Based on our tests, it appears that if a new field is added to the form (https://form.jotform.com/200656299801055), then that field becomes automatically visible on all the VRB-created reports (grid reports are not affected)!  This means that the addition of one field in this form requires editing the parameters of more than two dozen reports.  Is that by design or based on user input?  Are we using the tool incorrectly?

With regard to Airtable and this form, I am not able to transfer data from the following type of JF fields:

    1. YES/NO Question

    2. Emoji Slider

Is it necessary to create additional fields in the form in order for the data transfer to work?  If so, all the JF reports will need to be updated.

Lastly, I am seeing (old/deleted?) fields appearing in the JF report building tool (see screenshot).  However, the fields highlighted in red do not exist in the form.  What can I do to remove these extra fields from the report builder checkbox options?  Thank you.

You need to re-create a report if you delete or add a form field. Here's a guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/326-How-to-Create-Form-Reports-in-JotForm

Unfortunately, the YES/NO option and Emoji field will not pass to the Airtable integration.

Please contact us again if you need further help. Thank you.
