How can I switch between payment gateways?

Hi im trying to create a form for my partners business and want to create an order form with products that tally the cost, however i dont want the payment option on check out. I just want it to send it to my email as we have to verify and speak to every customer before any payments. when i tried to remove the paypal/card options it i get the error code

ORDER ID is missing from the form submission. ORDER ID is missing!

We apologize for the inconvenience. Can you give us some more information about the error by using a screenshot?

Rarely some errors could occur with the form building process. To be sure, can you clear your form caches using the account settings page? Please try it and let us know how it goes.

Also, you can switch the PayPal gateway to another payment gateway like "Purchase Order". With the "Purchase Order" gateway, you can receive orders only, without any payment. To do this please follow these steps.

- Open the "Payments" tab with the "Add Form Element" menu.

- Click three dots right of the "PayPal Standart"(selected gateway) section.

- Select the "Switch to another gateway" item.
