Pausing contract

    Hi there, due to the current world situation I'm not able to continue using Jotform. Would it be possible to just pause the contract instead of cancelling it? I already stopped all traffic and would love to have an option that makes it easy to restart later using Jotform. Best, Alex

    Kindly be informed that we, unfortunately, do not have a way to pause or postpone any subscriptions.

    However, please note that you can always downgrade and get refunded, if your account meets refund policy and conditions, then upgrade again once you need to use our services.
