Error 413 received when trying to Submit a Ticket

    Fill out the form - get the following

    Nothing particularly special about the request - problem description, form URL and screenshot.


    413 Request Entity Too Large

    The issue might be related to the file size of the screenshot you're trying to upload. I just tried posting a ticket and was able to submit it without issues.
