Jotform is a GDPR compliant form builder. You can read more about this compliance here https://www.jotform.com/gdpr-compliance/

I did check your account and found that you have already enabled "Europe Datacenter". Please check the screenshot below:

Your form data is already moved to our Europe datacenter and no further steps are required from you. We also offer data processing addendums (DPAs) for our EU based customers as well. If you would like to sign a DPA, please click on the following URL to to send your request: https://www.jotform.com/gdpr-compliance/dpa/

You can check out our privacy policy here: https://www.jotform.com/privacy/

Could you let us know which cookie are you referring to when you load the form? Is it regarding a light box pop up when the form is loaded?

It seems it must have been saved before you enabled EU datacenter in your account. Have you cleared your browser cache and cookies already? Please clear your browser cache and get back to us if the issue persists. The following guide should help you how to clear browser cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

We will wait for your respnse.

The Problem still exists. I think it is because of the iframe...

I assume you are referring the form embedded on your website using iFrame code. I'm afraid while doing so, the code will contain jotform.com. There are other embed options too. You can check them out here: https://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use

But, all these will also contain jotform.com.

If you want to prevent jotform.com on your cookie list, then you will need to remove JotForm from your form URL and currently this option is available only for JotForm Enterprise subscribers. By using JotForm Enterprise plan, you can create custom domain names for your forms - How-to-Use-Custom-Domains-with-JotForm-Enterprise
