Unable to access ACCOUNT section of my account

    When attempting to get to my account settings, I'm prompted for my user name & password. I enter these, click SUBMIT but no error feedback, no progress and no access. In fact, whole screen locks out, have to retype the URL to get back to the MY FORMS area of JF (where I remain logged in).

    I've logged out and logged in to the main area of JF with the same user/pw combo that fails when trying to get to account details. No problem with the username/pw. It just doesn't work to get to my account.

    Yes, I've cleared my cache. Fail happens with CHROME and FF MacOS.

    Your account is currently showing that it is Active so we can rule that out as an issue. I just logged out of my account and logged back in via my test account to doublecheck but I didn't see any issues with our system in Chrome or FireFox there either.

    Can you please make sure you've Cleared your Browser Cache correctly by referring to this guide and follow the instructions depending on your OS and Browser Specifications:


    If that still doesn't help after trying it a second time you may want to try resetting your browser to default settings.
