How do I setup an autoresponder?

    Is there a way to send an auto reply email to the sender?  I have it set up to display on the screen "thank you, your submission has been received" but the senders are requesting a message that they can archive.  Any way for the system to do this automatically?

    Yes, that you can actually set up an Autoresponder Email. To do that

    1.) Click on Email Alert and click Add New Email

    2.) Select Autoresponder Email and click Next

    3.) The Recipient Email here would be whatever the user supplies. Make sure you have an Email field in your form

    4.) You can then edit what information you would like to appear on the Autoresponder Email

    Thanks! I’m trying to get the first name in the subject by using {name:first}, but it’s putting the first letter instead. Any suggestions?

    If the tag for the full name is {fullName3} as in my colleague's screenshot, the tag for the first name would be {fullName3:first}.
