Submissions not showing in the Google Sheets

    Hi, I have found few similar incidents, after my customer submit the form.
    I don't received his/her data in my google sheet.

    Please help, my promotion is running now. need a urgent assistance from you

    Greetings and thank you for your message.

    I have checked your form, and it looks like the Google Sheets integration is set up properly.

    Please use the link provided in the integration to open the Sheet. Are you able to open the Sheet?

    Can you please let us know if you changed your form after integrating the Google Sheets. If you did, you will need to remove the integration and add it again.

    I have tried to manually push the submissions to your Spreadsheet. Can you please let us know if you are able to see the submissions now? This should also fix the connection problem if there are any.

    Please let us know if the problem persists.

    I thought the CS is 24/7?

    Ok, so what happen if I remove integration and add it again?
    will I still keep my existing data?

    Any way to do it without remove the integration and add it again??
    because I already modify the sheet in my own pace.

    Please advice. I am really urgent.
    Don't disappear for long hours.

    We apologize for the delay, but yes, our support operation is 24/7. However, bumping thread is not recommended as doing so will just put it to the bottom of the list. We suggest keeping the thread as it is and wait for our reply. 

    As for the problem, re-integrating will sync all your data to the new sheet. Unfortunately, there is no option you can use the same sheet when re-integrating. It will create a new sheet for you.

    We also do not recommend modifying any part of the sheet. Overall, we advise not doing the following when the integration is already connected. 

    1. Modifying the form field labels on the first row of the sheet.

    2. Hiding rows/columns in the sheet.

    3. Deleting rows/columns in the sheet.

    4. Editing data directly on the sheet. If you want to edit, do it through the submissions page.

    5. Moving the sheet to another folder on your drive account. 

    Note that doing any of these will sometimes break the integration. The only way you can fix it would be to re-integrate.
