I need the form to send me an email with the correct order of the fields

Can someone take a look at this form I've attached? The form has items that are categorized by similar items per page. Next to each item is a #. That number represents the part # from our vendor.

I need the form to stay the way it is but when the email for the submission comes through, I need the items that are ordered to be listed in sequential order based on the part #.

For example, the user filling out the form may select:

    93215 - Sump Pump Batter Back-up Kit: 3

    90420 AprilAire 1820: 2

    83835 - Condensate Pump: 8

This would need to emailed in this order:

    83835 - Condensate Pump: 8

    90420 AprilAire 1820: 2

    93215 - Sump Pump Batter Back-up Kit: 3

Can someone help me accomplish this?

The form fields are ordered in the email the way how you order them up in the form. If it's not doing that, I suggest checking the order in the form builder. The form email template will auto-update itself. If it is not updating properly, delete and re-create the whole templates.

I see you have conditional logic for form email(s), you also need to update it after to have the new email template.

Thank you and I hope that helps.

Your answer told me nothing that I didn't already know and you didn't answer my question. I'm asking if it's possible for the email to list the items in sequential order (1,2,3,4, etc) regardless of the way they're categorized on the form.

    Please accept my sincere apologies.

Unfortunately, I find this not possible in the form email since it will always follow the order of the fields. I tried looking for a workaround, but I don't there is one.
