Uploaded file can't be opened via email notification

When the application is emailed, the attached file does not go with the application.  I have to manually go into JotForm and email the file to the recipient.

Normally, the image attachment should be included in the email notification.
May I please know which of your form is in question so that I can have a closer look at it and see what exactly is causing the issue?

I couldn't reproduce the issue on my end. The file gets sent and opened normally for both your form submission's notifications on my end.

Is this a recurrent problem or did it happened only once? If this issue is restricted to a single user or submission, here are some hypotheses for what could have happened :

* The file that was sent was larger than the JotForm's size limit (1GB). For more info on upload limits please refer to this article: https://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit

* The file type that was sent wasn't one of JotForm's standard formats (pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, csv, txt, rtf, html, zip, mp3, wma, mpg, flv, avi, jpg, jpeg, png, gif).
