    Form Link Changed... Need old one to redirect to new one.

    I just upgraded my account and realized that the URL on my form (which has been sent out to over 100 people) changed.

    This doesn't help answer my question.  The link for the form I originally created doesn't work anymore.  The URL for that form changed when I upgraded my account.  I need the original link for the form redirected to the new link for the form.

    Hi,

    Since you already upgraded your account from guest account to PREMIUM, your form's URL is also change which is the reason why it doesn't work anymore. Your new form URL is https://secure.jotform.us/spons/em-author-page-form

    I know what my new form is... and I know why it changed.

    I need to know if someone on the JotForm team can make my old URL redirect to the new URL.  I've already sent out the old URL to over 100 people and since you guys changed the URL with the upgrade, it is not working anymore.

    Can you please look into making the old URL redirect to the new URL??

    Unfortunately that's not possible with JotForm. Your first custom form URL uses "guest username". Notice the difference between them,

    Not Correct: https://secure.jotform.us/guest_31365816686060/em-author-page-form

    Correct: https://secure.jotform.us/spons/em-author-page-form

    The first URL was created under your guest username before the registration. By the time you created the custom URL for that form, it uses your guest username. Now after you've registered with JotForm, the form from your guest account was carried over to your registered account. Therefore, the guest custom URL can't be accessed anymore so you have to use the right username for it which is "spons". 

    Sorry to say this but you have to resend them the correct form URL. There's no way to change this with JotForm.

    Thanks Elton.  Bummed there isn't a work-around, but understand.
