I have a condition that i created to hide certain fields when the url link contains "edit." I used this for a customer approval.
The fields that hide no longer show up in the spreadsheet log and are gone. They do not show up in the email fields either. Is there a way to keep the values even though they dont show up "edit" form?

Hi,
I assumed that you are referring to this form, 82066322090146 correct? I checked and cloned your form also checked the submission page, it seems that the hidden fields are still showing on the submission page:
Kindly try to slide it to the right, it seems that the columns for those fields are at the least part of the sheets.
Is there a way to keep the values even though they don't show up "edit" form?
I'm not sure if I understand it correctly, you mean you would like to make those fields visible even if the URL does not contain "edit"? If so, you can just delete the Hide/Show condition on those fields.
Please provide us more information if you are referring to a different query.
Looking forward to your response. Thank you.

The hidden fields will not show up in an email when I insert them. The come up blank in the email and do not show in the spreadsheet.
The last submission that worked had my hidden field conditions command turned off. Could you try with this one turned back on?

The field on the spreadsheet image you sent has blank fields on the 2nd and 3rd to last submission. Thanks.

Thanks for providing more details, I have reviewed your form and checked the conditions, it seems like you're hiding the fields based on the Get Page URL widget:
As I understand, the issue happens with the fields related to the "If Get Page URL contains edit", may you confirm?
Your form is also configured to do not clear the hidden fields, but also I noticed the field "Account Only: Status?" is empty. Now, upon checking the first condition that hides fields if the "edit" is on the URL, I can see the "Status" field is being hidden:
Note that this condition conflicts with the following:
Please kindly remove the field from the condition related to the Get Page URL widget and let us know how it goes.
