Really, no phone contact?

 

Remove any data you collected in our attempt to contact a business who uses your service. I did not and would not let a 3rd party collect our data knowingly.

 

Blacklist our domain from your services.

Sorry, we do not provide phone support. Just to clarify, you're here at JotForm, a form building platform. Upon checking, you do not have an account with us. If you've filled a form online, please contact the form owner or find their contact info from the website where you've filled out the form.

The email is sent from/through your servers. Do you need the full header for proof?
Since it came from your servers I am asking you to blacklist our domain from any future contact. We are also asking you to not disseminate our information in any format.
Not having a phone support is a sign of a dishonest company in my opinion. You will answer if you feel like it. You can easily ignore situation. Being a business means you deal with the good calls and the bad. Do you only do text/email with your SO? I am betting not. Your responsibility to your customers should be the same.

We do understand where you're coming from. We don't offer live phone support at the moment, however, the tickets posted in this forum are being monitored using our own ticketing system. The form creator is generally the same person that invited you to complete the form and sometimes this individual, company or organization has its own privacy policy.

JotForm Inc. doesn’t sell or share your form responses with third-party advertisers or marketers (although the form creator might, so we advise that you contact this individual, company or organization to learn more). JotForm Inc. merely acts as a custodian on behalf of the form creator who controls your data, except as further described in this privacy policy with regard to public forms.

If you think a form violates our Terms of Use or may be engaging in illegal activity, please provide the FORM URL that you fill out and we'll have it endorsed to our backend team for review.
