    Can we simply use this form on Google Drive rather than posting to a website???

I cannot get this form to let me input data on the drive or anything.. Please tell me it doesn't have to be filled out on the Web in order to be used.HELP ASAP,  I need this to work. Below is the link to our form but I do not wish to link it to a webpage

    Hi. If you really dont want to embed the form to a web page means, you can simply share your form URL: http://www.jotform.us/form/31487334596161 to your boss.

    By the way, when I saw your My Forms Folder, there are 9 empty forms are there, please delete those unwanted forms, else our system may predict it as phishing forms and autosuspend your account.

    Feel free to ask for further clarification.

    Thank you.

    Hi, Thank you~ I can see that we can share it on our Google Drive, but when
    I want to edit or use the form or actually input the important contact data
    and then create multiple contact forms to save. The form will not allow me
    to even enter data in the fields when I enter into the form I created from
    Google Drive JotForm.. So what is the trick to using this form now from our
    shared Google Drive Form..??? I really appreciate your help.
    Thank you,

    The form needs to be access on the web before you can submit a data and update your Google Drive Integration Folders. As suggested by my colleague, you can share the form to your boss and ask him to submit the data.

    Here are few suggestions that might be useful when updating submissions;

    1. Add both of your email address on the Email Notification Settings by following this guide: Send Form Emails to Multiple Recipients. On the Email Notification wizard, add the edit_link tag so both of you can have the ability to edit the submissions on the later dates or if needed;

    2. Add him as a Sub-User so he can access your form submissions page and be able to see the data submitted to the form. You can add him through http://jotform.us/myaccount/users
