    I have checked your account mahmoud1234567 and it was autosuspended by our phishing detector due to your form 200901129290547   that is collecting login credentials which violates our terms of use.

    In order for your account suspension to be lifted, we would have to delete the guilty fields.

    It seems your form doesn't have any submissions yet, I went a head and removed the fields and lifted the suspension in your account.

    I would suggest you check our terms of use to avoid your account getting suspended again.
