Can you confirm if the form we have created is HIPAA compliant?

    Hello

    we are an agency creating a website for a client and have used 2 of your forms. We have the silver package.

    We need to create a hippa compliant form - can you confirm if the form we have created is hippa compliant?

    If not do we have to use the existing template and edit it?

    I can see that the form URL that you have shared belongs to the account "Dyin*****way" which is on the Silver plan.

    The account is not HIPAA compliant. To upgrade the account to HIPAA, please follow this guide: How-to-upgrade-to-HIPAA-Compliance 

    Please note that HIPAA compliance is provided for an account. So all forms in the account will be HIPAA compliant.
