    Hello,

My question seems trivial but I can't seem to find the answer. I have

    - an online form https://form.jotform.com/200814662622349

    - a pdf document https://eu.jotform.com/pdf-view/9652fb1438

how do I send the PDF automatically to each form's respondent ?

    Thank you for your help,

    Hi there,

If you want your responders to receive a mail after submission, you have set up an autoresponder email.

    - In your form builder page click on the "Settings",

    - Next page click on the "Emails" section at the left column of the screen,

    - Then click on "plus" icon and choose "Autoresponder Email"

Here in "Autoresponder Mail" view click on "Recipient" tab,

Write your "Sender Name" and "Reply-to Email",

Choose the field that responders write their emails for "Recipient Email"

Then click on the Advanced tab,

Switch pdf attachment as "Yes" and choose the pdf you want to attach.

    Great, thank you.

Now, why does the PDF document include automatically the data of the respondents as can be seen here https://eu.jotform.com/pdf-view/9652fb1438 ?

How can I avoid that to send a clean document to respondents ?

    Thank you.

The PDF Attachment is basically the PDF submission report. If you want to attach your own PDF file, you can do it as shown on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/393-How-to-Attach-a-File-to-Autoresponder-Emails

Hello, I think my question was not understood.

    As stated above, I built:

    - an online form https://form.jotform.com/200814662622349

    - a pdf document https://eu.jotform.com/pdf-view/9652fb1438

What I want is for my respondents to receive by email the PDF containing the information they gave in the form. Thus not just any PDF as attachment.

I got that OK but now my problem is that every time there is a new respondent, the PDF that is sent to hiim contains a new page (note in the template PDF) that shows the information he just left in the form (see below).

Why is that ? How to avoid it ?

    Thank you.

The PDF is currently generating pages based on the specified Page Breaks:

So, just remove the Page Break elements in the PDF Document if you need more compact PDFs.

If you are referring to something else, please provide us with more details.

I don't think this is the answer.

My pb is not with page breaks, it is that the resulting document includes data that I do not want there, ie the respondent's responses in the form.

My original PDF template ends like this:

So why does the final document embedding the respondent's answers ends like as shown in my previous message ?

I have checked your form and it seems you have created a new PDF document for your autoresponder email.

May we know if you still experiencing the issue after creating a new PDF document?
