How can I create a System for my students to build their own surveys from the one I created ?

Hello JotForm team,

I recently built a very nice survey and want to create a System for my students to build their own surveys from the one I created without having to log into Jotform. I would like to do the following:

1.     * Students to be able to take the same form and questions I have

2.      * But be able to get their own responses to their survey

Find a way to build a document link that I can send for them to easily (with a few clicks) build a duplicate of my form. Maybe with Zapier?

I need my 30 different students to be able to get their own unique survey that’s brought to a new Google sheet without them having to login to Jotform. So, one Jotform account (mine) somehow creating a way for these students to be able to duplicate a form through Zapier without having to log into Jotform.

How could I do this please? Maybe I could use an integration?

To my understanding, you want to use your form (main) to create another form(student survey). Is that correct? 

I am not sure if Zapier can do what you're trying to achieve. You can try using Show or Hide multiple fields by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/196-Hide-or-Show-Multiple-Fields-at-Once
