Submission not registering

I'm having issues with submissions that don't go through even though they show up as confirmed. They are being submitted from Android app with latest update. Using the system to submit service orders with client signatures and pushing the info into a google sheet. Also set to generate a pdf that gets sent to our invoicing team to generate the invoice for the service.

When it goes through everything else works perfectly. But we've been having to do a parallel hand-written service order as a back up just in case it doesn't go through. Would love to solve this because we need to be 100% sure the submissions go through before leaving behind the hand-written sheets.
