Hi, I have set my forms to work with dropbox... however, the pictures still save in jotform, making me have to clear out the saves... how do i stop image files saving in jotforms quota so it JUST saves in dropbox?
I have read the other dropbox comments and i am no clearer... its very confusing!!

I would like to inform you that the submission data will be uploaded first to jotform server before the submission data transfer to your dropbox. There is no option not to upload your submission files to jotform. You need to delete them manually if you don't want them to save in jotform server.
I hope this helps.

Would it not make more sense to have instead of a jotform 'insert your photo here', to make a dropbox version instead as that is taking your server load x2!!

Jotform is designed this way to make sure that the file reaches our server before sending it to other server. By doing this, our customer will always have the original file incase the file is not available on the other server. If you need to remove the hassle of reaching quota on your account, I would advise upgrading your account to one of our paid plans.
