    Hi There!

I've been working on a simple survey form for my business....and the darndest thing is I can't seem to skip a particular page if the condition "after careful consideration" is met!

Agh - it's driving me a little crazy!

    Suggestions?

    Thank-you so much!

    Susan

    Hi,

I checked your form and the conditions on it. I can see that you are using the Hide Page (the action when the user clicks the next button). Would you like to try using the "Skip to Page on the Next Button" option instead of Hide Page?

Let us know if it didn't meet your requirements.

    Thank-you for responding!
I tried your suggestion...and the dang thing still doesn’t do what I need!
I wonder if something is conflicting when I create the command to skip? It works with the other pages...just not for that particular one....
I’ve even cloned the silly thing, and created new commands....now it is “we are happy to return in the fall”....and I would like it to skip from page 3 to page 5....or at least hide page 4....
    Agh!
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks again!

Would you mind telling us what is your goal for each option? For example, Option 1 redirects to Page 2, Option 2 redirects to Page 3?

Can you also check this form https://form.jotform.com/200907115525953? I've updated it based on how I understand the goal.
