Missing my survey form

    Hey my survey form got deleted and I didnt do it. Why did that happen? I cant access the information within it now and I have paid ads running to it, this is a big problem for my business please help.

    I own a Digital marketing agency and I have clientele that use jotform as well and now they cant access their surveys either. This is a big mess.

     

    Below is a link on my survey that I lost access to because it got deleted. This also happened to a friend of mine as well.

    The form (https://www.jotform.com/form/200867145202145) belongs to the account username DutchAssets.

    Do you recognize the account username?
