Account says I am over 10 free payment limit--will disable forms at Noon

    We have had a free account for the past year, upgraded for two months to the next level up and then downgraded again. It says we are almost out of space, but the downgrade only took affect in the past few days. Shouldn't the payments that were processed during our paid subscription not be included for this month?


    I would appreciate a quick response...our account is supposed to disable all forms at Noon Eastern time today.


    Also, if our forms were disabled, when would they be enabled again?

    I have checked your account,it is on free status as you cancelled your subscription, so your last payment was made on April 26th, which made your account to get downgraded after May 26th

    The month period goes from 1st to 30th of each month. That is why your account counter has not get reset yet, it will on the 1st day of each month
