What is the best theme or style for viewing form on phone?

What is the best style/theme/format for viewing forms on a phone? I'm currently using the default theme but it doesn't look good when viewing from a phone bc it jumbles the letters

I checked your form on mobile browser and I can see that the fields are mobile responsive.

Which field/s are you having issues when viewed on mobile platform? Also, the themes we offer are all optimized for mobile view. We can make some few adjustments via CSS if needed, just let us know which part is not adjusting and how you want it to be displayed in mobile browser.
